Biswajit Sengupta

Former Committee Member, Council of Architecture

IIT Kharagpur

 

Biswajit Sengupta has been in architectural practice for the last 52 years after graduating from IIT Kharagpur. He has been actively involved in the activities of IIA (Indian Institute of Architects) in the Eastern Zone and was instrumental in the formation of Bihar Chapter of IIA. IIA held various architectural design competitions where he served as one of the jury members.

He also served as Committee member in Council Of Architecture review of Standards of Registration and was visiting faculty to some Departments/schools of Architecture viz IIT Kharagpur, BIT Mesra, IIT Roorkee etc.
